Brenda litigated 2 Alabama lawsuits on behalf of my company. One involved a corporate violation of a non-compete agreement and the other concerned improprieties in a municipal contract bid. Brenda displayed excellent judgement in selecting local attorneys to assist in each case. She remained calm and precise in presenting evidence and examining witnesses in spite of the surly attitude displayed by opposing attorneys. She won damages for me in the first case and the second, in the words of opposing counsel "...she won eleven pages of the judgement but lost the last page..." because the defendant went back and amended the contract to comply with the bid specifications.

We all know we need to create a will, power of attorney, and appoint a health proxy. But, we put it off because it is not any fun and frankly, can be a little depressing. Brenda made this experience much more pleasant and even fun at times. She is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and understanding. She does not rush the process and explains all of the decisions you must make until you are completely satisfied. My husband and I highly recommend Brenda (and her sweet assistant, Linda) for your legal representative. We will definitely go back to Brenda if a need arises.
