Very well-run office with great advice. The attorneys took time to understand our situation and render a quality strategy. They also raised some good questions to further improve the planning.

Overall, we had a good experience. They did have wrong information in the documents at first, and they were late in getting me the proofs, and I do have trouble understanding Mr. Miller sometimes. However, I checked around, and I found Mr. Miller's expertise in this area to be superior to other attorneys. He was kind enough to answer my questions, even sometimes my repeated questions, on a couple of consults, even before we hired him. And his office staff was kind and eager to help us.

After much thought about whether I needed a will or a trust I reached out to Miller Estate Elder Law. I was invited to a very informative workshop which I attended with my daughter and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The discussion covered was what I was looking for and more. I don't have a ton of money but wanted/needed my home and other assets to be distributed according to my wishes. The meeting was packed with people from all walks of life with the same concerns as myself and Bill Miller explained everything in a way that was easily understood and answered a lot of questions. I made the decision to let Miller Elder Law take care of all the legal paperwork to finalize my will and the process was easy.
