My wife and I recently had a new will and medical directives written by attorney William Miller. We found Mr. Miller to be very knowledgeable and professional, and great to work with. Mr. Miller took the time to really listen to us and what we wanted in the will and medical directives. This resulted in these legal documents being just what we were looking for. We would highly recommend Mr. Miller to anyone who needs a will or help with estate planning. Two things I have learned from this process: First, use a lawyer who specializes in this type of law. Don’t go to just any lawyer. Secondly, be proactive and get the necessary legal documents in place before an unplanned event happens (someone dies unexpectedly or has to go to an assisted living facility, for example). Not doing so can cost you a lot of money and time.

Mr. Miller met with my 84 year old Mother along with my sibling and I to help decide how to best protect her assets and ensure her wishes were followed in the event she is unable to make decisions on her own. He was very patient, explained all the options and answered all her questions.
