I had Richard do some work for my LLC as Alabama is not the easiest place to start or manage a small business of my type. I just relocated my business to Alabama and there is no clear road map of the hoops one must jump through to be compliant with the state ,city and counties. Richard Henson is a great source of information and is very affordable if you need legal help. I will be using him from here on out for all my business legal matters.
