Alyson Scholl was the attorney who represented us during one of the scariest times of our life. Alyson made sure she was by my sister’s side every step of the way. During the course of the custody case, Alyson went above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for, and she made the whole process a little less frightening. She was available through text (after hours) when things got scary, or when we remembered relevant information, or when we had questions because something new had come up. Alyson was kind, patient, and took the time to explain every single step of the process to us. She went out of her way to try to anticipate the steps of the other party so she could prepare us appropriately. We were never blindsided because Alyson was so thorough in what she does. If you are ever going through a custody battle, I cannot recommend Alyson Scholl enough. She treats you like family and will fight for you just as hard. Alyson made the scariest thing we had been through a little more bearable because she told us she had us, she was going to make sure that the family was safe.
