This lawyer should not even be allowed to practice law. He harass people on a daily basis. He use the fact that he passed the bar to intimidate people and to live above the law. It is a disgrace that people like Troy Scott Helton are allowed to keep their license. He is definitely not a good example of how a lawyer should be.
