I am so grateful for the amazing job that Pascal did in helping me get through a tough situation that I was dealing with. He was great in his communication. He knew exactly what he was talking about, and got me the best case scenario that I was not expecting, but hoping for. I first met Mr. Bruijn when I got a felony charge around 2008. At one of my initial court dates he was there along with some other court appointed lawyers doing pro bono work, and by chance, he chose to take on my case. I was beyond happy, to say he least, at the time, attention, and care he put into my case. Due to his diligence and care, he saved me from a drastically different life as a convicted felon....my felony was dropped to a lesser charge and a misdemeanor. I still thank him in reviews and on his website to this day. Fast forward 13 almost 14 years later and I somehow found myself in, I feel, a worse situation than before. I called Pascal immediately without even considering checking into any other attorneys whatsoever. I explained my charge and he took my case. This time I hired Mr. Bruijn and paid the required retainer fee. I let him know that I didn't have the full amount to pay the retainer all at once, he was patient and cared enough to break it up into 3 or 4 payments and once paid in full we began the long, stressful, anxiety and depression inducing process. I was offered a plea that had me jump through hoops and yet still end up with a felony drug charge on my record for the rest of my life. I absolutely declined. Through the next 2 years of waiting and court dates, Mr. Bruijn stayed in contact so I knew everything that was happening and was eventually indicted by the Grand Jury. Finally I receive a message to meet him at his office to discuss my discovery and offer. I was terrified. I knew my life was about to be over in certain ways with this felony conviction. I was so very wrong! This man went above and beyond and again my charge is being dropped down to a much lesser misdemeanor charge and no drug charge at all anymore. Of course I have some fines and a few things I have to complete but it's a few months compared to the rest of my life. I'm ecstatic with the outcome. This man knows the system inside - out and from both sides due to his time as our Assistant District Attorney. He more than proved to me that his clients lives matter to him, 15 years ago ge did just as amazing a job as he did with this case and there was an obvious huge difference in the two. The first one was pro bono and I didn't pay a dime for his representation. This time I was a paying client....yet his patience and caring, hard work and experience, among many other great attributes - exactly the same both cases. I will never again even think of seeking out any other attorney, and there isn't any other attorney I would recommend to family, friends or anyone who asks for an amazing attorney. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart, Mr. Bruijn. You have saved my life and given me a other chance not once, but twice. Ill never be able to thank you enough for all you've done for me!! And Raylin, thank you as well for all of your help throughout my cases.
