I had a serious problem with my bank Mr. Jones met with me and the banker and we figured it out. He was very helpful. Highly recommend it.

Mr jones was absolutely wonderful and very professional. He helped us to resolve a custody issue that had been dragged out way too long. He went to him he was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. Highly recommended

Ive had several occasions over the years that required an attorney.. Every time i call attorney Steve Jones he gets on top of the issue and takes care of it.. He takes my call and follows through.. He knows what actions are needed to get the problem resolved.

This attorney office did not deliver on my court case. It was explained to me I would be represented by Mr. Moore however I was represented by another Attorney. They advised me that we would have to appeal my case to the circuit court without explaining that they would charge me additional legal fees. All fees should have been disclosed upfront if we knew the case was going to be APPEALED. I was sentence to 4 months in jail on 2 Misdemeanor cases. This office did not do a good job representing me. I highly advise you look elsewhere. The office staff needs customer service training. The Legal Aid Misty is very rude and shows no empathy towards their clients. If I could give 0/10 I would. Terrible legal experience

Rude and very short with you by the staff. Had a phone consultation and was told to call them if I wasn’t called 5min after the appointment time. I didn’t get the call so I call them and was told very rudely he has other appointments too but hold on. So I knew the consultation with him wouldn’t go so well. He gets on the line with the same energy.
