Rude and dismissive of client's concerns
“He didn't give me any legal advice because it "would have to be a case", I understood that. I don't want to waste my time or anybody else time. He was rude, he kept cutting me off with "what's your question?" Well, I dont know thats why im calling someone like you with your expertise!”

“Once he finally called me, he didn't refer to me by the right name. I gave him my correct name and he pretty much rushed me off the phone several times after that.”
