5 stars isn't enough!!! Thanks Austin

Mr. Burdick represented me for almost 3 1/2 years for my divorce case and he did absolutely nothing for me. He separated me and my children by not fighting for me when I was the plaintiff laying on my back in the hospital. I was in the military serving our country and I was away taking care of the American people and I was in the hospital after a serious injury which almost made me lose my leg. He gave me absolutely no results while I was laid on my back. I spent almost $15,000-$20,000 for his services and I ended up in jail for no reason after I finished my recovery period and returned home. He left a disabled veteran hanging and I don’t respect that. That’s not how the judicial system should work. Once I returned home I found out my ex-wife was having an extra-marital affair and she stole over $100,000 out of our joint account while I was in the hospital and Austin wasn’t there to help. There is a lot of collusion in the Bessemer judicial system and I would not hire him. Save your money! Go to Atlanta or find attorney that’s not trying to just take your money. Go find someone that gets results.

Austin was referred to me by another attorney because of his expertise and well verse knowledge in the particular area I sought. Austin stuck by me throughout my uphill battle when no other attorney would take my case due to the unprecedented circumstances it involved. He went over and beyond to assist me throughout the whole entire time. He worked over diligently to ensure that the law was upheld on my behalf although all odds were against me. He is a very fair, unbias, and very knowledgeable of the law. His adherence to the law and my judicial needs spoke volumes. Austin is one of the best attorneys in Alabama.

I’ve never used this attorney personally however I have close friends that have. One swears he is a good attorney. My other friend knows she got screwed. When you charge close to 5000.00 dollars to review a file For a client regardless of how many pages, Charging clients for so called co counsel meetings when no co counsel was spoken with. Out of 5000.00 she got a few hound red back. No motion ever filed, not a day spent on court. One meeting in which my friend did speak. I understand people need a pay check to take care of themselves but that was just down right taking advantage and greedy. You can be a child and dispute this review. That is fine because it is obviously what you consider the normal thing to do. But when you do I will also respond to that. You claim to be a family law attorney but I don’t see how. She was charged for tons of phone calls with co counsel when the co counsel said she never called you or had anyone else call you.sad. Those high prices might work for you for a while but eventually they won’t. My advice to anyone looking for a great family law attorney. Take that money to PINO and associates. No laughable contract to have you pay for every phone call, email, etc, they will work with you on payments, they are affordable, respectful and honest. They won’t drain the bank to give you professional legal representation. Really great firm. In Pelham.

I spoke with MR Burdick reference representing me in a case involving a company in Alabama. He was unable to assist me because I live in GA and the case would go before Ca court. He gave me very good advice after I explain my problem.

Great passion guy who didn't make any promises. He was genuine and honest. He has a passion for helping people. He doesn't take on a lot of clients so he can handle your case properly. He gave me a list of the first few things he would do or if I didn't hire him ,told me I could file them myself. I have never been told that by an attorney and I have had 2 already on this case alone.
