I usually do not take the time to write reviews but this experience requires me to take that time. My experience with this firm has been completely disappointing. To begin with they never gave me a price they only told me my retainer should never go below 1,000 so I paid the retainer fee of 3,500 then before court I paid 2,000 and another 1,500. We go to court and was delayed to a previous case at the time my balance was 1,800. So I'm to the good and all I think I'm waiting on is a new trial date and we are going to court. Well two weeks later I'm asked to pay another 3,000 and said there was more work that hadn't been done and it was never mentioned about a new court date which I had to find out on my own about, not to mention the receptionist said to me when I complained about an additional payment that I want them to work for free I almost lost it. I said mam I paid you all 7,000 you should be able to give me direction and she said how you haven't had court I said that we just where to appear but was not seen due to another case being longer than anticipated and at that point, I knew it was a clear case of unprepared attorney and all I was doing was paying for representation on paper and not someone who was going to work my case. Divorce is difficult and I would advise you to find someone who is not out to get paid. Advise if you ever decide to use them get your price upfront do I think they were bad people no they were just bad to me and for me.
