Never called me back

Heather Fann told me straight to my face that I could sign her on to represent me if I wanted, but that she “wouldn’t make that much money off my case anyways, so it doesn’t matter”. I walked right out.

When I first reached out to this law firm the lawyer promised me tht she would do everything an her power to get justice..after EEOC give them right to file the suit they still didn’t do it..they contact me day before last day to file suit tell me I have to file it myself that they longer taking my case and three days weekend when all offices was closed n Monday was the last day to file..smdh I had little faith into my lawyer because she told me when I meet her she will not take a case she can’t not win..how can you quit on someone two days before it’s expire because you can’t count the weekends.. tell me I need find a new lawyer or do my self..I wait all most a year n didn’t get anything done and I used call her all time for updates but never get anything back and I had many witnesses they never contact for case or anything..people do not let this law firm get your hope up because the lie to you..this one worst law firm ever..they have no communication and no return call at all ..

Had appointment, attorney & assistant was not there. Another person had to attend to my business. Was not happy about that.

Stay away from this firm if you value your pocketbook. I was billed $8000 for a single emergency motion. Miss Fann made many mistakes along the way, she billed me for those mistakes and to correct them. She then refused to discuss the situation and I am now caught in another legal battle trying to fight this injustice. She has no concern for me and my son and our difficult situation. She only wants to collect money no matter if it leaves my family suffering.

Never contacted me about my case. Don’t work with them unless you want to make multiple times.
