Working with Jon Mann (Attorney), and Rebecca Hicks (Legal Assistant), was a partnership rather than hiring a legal team. Jon and Rebecca were always professional in their phone and email interactions and they kept me updated throughout the case. Jon was very upfront about how he was going to approach the case and provided great detail of what possible outcomes could be. As the case progressed we had several calls and I always felt he was looking out for my best interests. Jon always coached me rather than telling me how I should proceed.
