Lack of communication also when one thing is said something totally different from what was said will be done if anything is done at all. Just get everything in writing or email when having these attorneys represent you. It was said to me that the attorneys fees would be reduced that did not happen at all. It was said to me so I would settle.

The phone intake person didn't even listen. Just told me to immediately go online and fill out a form for a free consultation. So I said hold on and asked again do you even handle these types of cases. That was my only question. When the answer became no, I thanked her, and we hung up. She could stand to try and listen first. ex. I'm seeking advice. Do you handle (type of) cases? That was it! lol Being quick isn't always right!

I started out with a hit and run case using the Birmingham location. During that time I had a serious slip and fall. Since the day Tim, and Tessa, and Tabitha took over my case, they have been so amazing. I didn’t feel like a number but part of the family. I had a rough case but Tim didn’t let up until I was going to be ok. I admire how personal they are with you. YOU ACTUALLY MATTER! Yesterday after 3 years he settled my case while be under the weather. I can express my gratitude for all of your hard work on my case! The absolute BEST FIRM! Thanks for Everything ! Suzanne Norman is the best! She handled our case quickly and throughly and had all accusations dropped against us. She was caring and compassionate and answered every phone call and email. The best communication I've dealt with. I had a case that I could not get resolved for way too long. Wish I would have reached out to BHW sooner.
