“I was supposed to get a call back about my case. Never got one....? I'm assuming they aren't interested.”

Unsatisfactory billing practices
“I found the billing to be heavily padded by a partner who had no dealings on our account. The work done by the partner was zilch. The communication (email, phone or any other) with the partner was zilch. However, to our surprise the billing for the partner exceeded that of the associate that did all of the work. Very disappointing, very unethical experience with this firm.”
