“I found the billing to be heavily padded by a partner who had no dealings on our account. The work done by the partner was zilch. The communication (email, phone or any other) with the partner was zilch. However, to our surprise the billing for the partner exceeded that of the associate that did all of the work. Very dissappointing, very unethical experience with this firm.”
