I had an incident involving my son last year. I searched online and found Hollis-Wright. I talked to Attorney Mr. Michael Eldridge the same day. He put me in contact with Ms. Kiwi and Ms. Robin to get the process started. Sweet Ms. Robin made the 2 hour drive to me 2 days later. Ms.Kiwi is heaven sent!!!! (I really love her spirit and style too.😍) She was always helpful and willing to lend an ear during the process and after. She made me feel like we were family. If Mr. Michael couldn't check in on us, she certainly would. Mr. Michael got our case settled and finished in little or no time. I really would recommend anyone to give them a call. They'll be glad to help with all of your legal matters!!!! 😀

My wife was injured in an accident with a door. We took pictures and acquired names of witnesses and employees. We contacted our prepaid lawyer service just to be told once ALL medical expenses are in; to contact them again. This approach didn't seem right to us, so we contacted Hollis Wright after seeing there commercials on television. Mr. Drew McNutt was our assigned lawyer. From the beginning he made us feel important, not just another client. Lawsuits are long and tedious, but every few months Mr. McNutt would call and inquire about my wifes' health and update us on her case. When we had questions, he answered them in a timely fashion. If ever we require the services of a law firm again, we would definitely hire them. Extremely friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.

As an attorney who has worked with Hollis, Wright Clay & Vail on many cases, I can say that their firm will put in the hard work and time necessary to achieve a successful outcome. Some of the cases I have worked on with attorney Carter Clay at this firm include wrongful death, products liability and serious injury auto wreck cases. I have never been disappointed in Carter's attention to detail on their cases I have been involved with.

The words "Professional" and "Caring" are the first words that come to mind when I think of Hollis-Wright Clay & Vail. It is not a fact that I cannot be impressed, it is a fact that it takes a good deal of work to impress me. Without any doubt, I can honestly say I have met few people in my professional career that have impressed me as much as the personnel associated with this firm. From the lady at the reception desk to the lawyers representing us during the preparation and adjudication of my case, my wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and integrity that garnered my utmost appreciation. I know my case was not large in economic terms but it was not treated that way. It took almost five years to get my case in front of a judge but that did not hinder or deter the lawyers who worked my case. I have to point out Carter Clay and Drew McNutt, two people I have the utmost respect for, who became friends and confidants as much as lawyers! Hardworking, intent, and diligent in everything they did, my interests were foremost in their minds. The result of there hard work was most gratifying to me as well as my family.
