Pros
1
Excellent communication and responsiveness from the attorneys
“The best communication I've dealt with. I had a case that I could not get resolved for way too long. Wish I would have reached out to BHW sooner. They helped handle my case and kept me in the loop the entire time.”
2
Attorneys are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and effective in court
“By far the best! William White and Jim Parkman are amazing at what they do. Anyone that ever asks me about a lawyer, I would refer them to Parkman and White, LLC. Best decision I have ever made.”
3
Attorneys are compassionate and dedicated to their clients
“These are outstanding attorneys at this firm!!! I was wrongfully arrested and charged in Blount County. Attorney Clayton Tartt represented me and he did an AMAZING JOB. He was prepared, professional, persistent, caring, compassionate, and an outstanding litigator!!!”
4
Attorneys achieve excellent outcomes for their clients
“Clayton Tartt had alot of knowledge & what he charged me was several thousand dollars less than what the other attorneys I had called Quoted me!!! He did an amazing job to say the least he was able to negotiate a deal of a lifetime!!!!! keep in mind I have several priors & he was able to get the Felony completely dropped down to a Misdemeanor!!!!!! Thank You So Much Clayton!!!!!!!”
Cons
1
Lack of communication and transparency from some attorneys
“Lack of communication also when one thing is said something totally different from what was said will be done if anything is done at all. Just get everything in writing or email when having these attorneys represent you.”
2
Unprofessional and unprepared behavior from some attorneys
“Attorney Parkman showed a lack of effort in handling my case. Despite numerous attempts to contact his office for updates, there was no response. The attorney postponed the case twice before the initial appearance on the 15th, and upon arrival, he was not punctual. The magistrate informed colleagues that Attorney Parkman hadn't arrived after an hour into the proceedings. When he finally appeared, he seemed disheveled, struggled to sign in, and appeared unprepared for legal representation.”
