I had the opportunity to work with Joseph Somma after my husband passed. The estate involved many issues; multiple rental properties, creditor claims against the estate and heirs' disputes. Joe assisted me with a tenant eviction. Tenant contested the case in court, but made a fool of themselves thanks to great guidance from Joe. Tenant did their best to intimidate Joe, but he wouldn’t have any of it. They showed up at Joe’s office trying to intimidate him and ended up leaving with a no-trespass order from the police. Joe thoroughly understood the process and legal implication of various potential actions. Grateful for his professionalism. Joe was very communicative through the process beyond what I would have expected. Very quick to take my calls and to respond to my questions.

Joe is highly recommendable - my experience with him is in the matter of my father's Estate. Sadly, there were issues between me and the Executor, which I did not know how to address, especially while grieving both of my parents. I often found myself not getting straight answers from the executor of Dad's estate, much less the law firm that Dad used to write his Last Will and Testament, which led me to seek advice from Joe. I was highly lucky to find him, as he helped put a stop to some rather disturbing issues. He's made things very clear and concise to me, and made clear where my rights and responsibilities are as an inheritor and Successor of Intent of Dad's property. On a separate note, Joe has a discernment of people and the many personality traits out there, which is vital in handling these matters. In my situation, partly because I was and still am something of an underdog, Joe's help has been vital. My only regret is not seeking him out sooner than I did, which allowed certain things to happen that shouldn't have.

A terrible Attorney. He have his picks and chooses on who he take as a client. I don’t recommend because they lie and say he is about to retire
