I am eternally grateful for Attorney David Coleman’s and Attorney Kristen Gochett’s hardwork and their dedication to my case and care. I mean they really cared. It was a hard and long fight, but I had the best support and advisors in them. Their paralegal team is very attentive & intuitive; ushered me through my process with such grace at a very difficult time. I couldn’t have my new life without them! I wish I could say the experience was good but I cannot. Sad part is I didn't even get far in the process and the impression left, as well as what I did encounter was terrible. Had a phone appointment set for the evening that took two weeks to get w/attorney gochett. Appt comes I call in and cannot get ahold of anyone,eventually rings to a virtual assistant who takes a message. Thought of course, they are busy attorneys, must be Simply running behind, 15 mins later call back, another message taken, can't give a update or reschedule just Simply told to wait for a call. No one called. Called following morning, message taken but only bc I was told firm wasn't open till 9a. Called after 9 and told FINALLY I will get a call between 10-11a. No explanation, apologies for the inconvenience. Guess what? No call between 10-11 OR after. The least that could've been done was a courtesy call informing me we need to reschedule to a time that all parties can adhere to. I call back a few hrs later only to be put on hold. Forget it.Was excited to possibly work with this firm but if you can't take my time or appt serious, then what can I expect with a case?

Went in thinking we were making the right decision choosing this firm, however that was definitely not the case. I think they only do their best for certain people!! We certainly did not get their best work and was told suddenly in a phone call asking to speak with another attorney in the firm they were not gonna continue representing us!! We got no where with this firm. They truly acted as if they didn't care. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!
