Listen, I never thought I'd be writing a 5-star review for a bankruptcy attorney, but here I am. Paula Greenway at Greenway Bankruptcy in Birmingham, Alabama is a total rockstar. She took me from being broke and broken to feeling like a financial superstar (ok, maybe that's a stretch). I was nervous about filing for bankruptcy, but Paula made the process as smooth as possible. She even managed to make me laugh a few times during our meetings (who knew bankruptcy law could be so funny?) Seriously though, if you're in a tough financial spot and need a little help, Paula Greenway and the team at Greenway Bankruptcy are the way to go. They'll have you feeling like a boss in no time

I don't know much about legal stuff, but Paula Greenway is the best lawyer I've ever worked with. She helped me with my bankruptcy case and made everything easy to understand. Mrs. Greenway was the only attorney that I could get that would actually speak to me on the phone before I came in to see her. She listened to my situation and gave me actual advise on which way to go. I had called three other lawyers and no one would even speak to me, only wanted me to come in first. After talking to Mrs. Greenway, I made an appointment and went in to see her. She and her assistant, Whitney, were so helpful and patient with me. After my case was filed, I had questions and emailed Mrs. Greenway. She was very quick to answer my questions and even called me on the weekend to walk me through some answers. Mrs. Greenway helped me to save my home and get my life back on track. I will definately use this firm again should the need come up.

We hired Paula due to recommendation of a coworker. As of court date we haven’t even met her. We always had to deal with Flo (her mom). Court date came and she or no one else bothered to show up. The judge was very upset and advised me to call the bar. So i did. This has been the worst experience ever. Take my advice and do not use this attorney!!

This lawyer saved my home from foreclosure. I was out of options and was on the verge of losing my home and this lawyer helped to to save it. Not only did she take the time to explain to me my options, she explained to me the process of what I had to do to keep my home. She explained all of the papers to me and there were a lot of them. She also made sure I knew what I had to do to make my plan work. Mrs. Greenway is such a sweet person and Mrs. Anita and Mrs. Flo worked so hard for me. They made me feel so comfortable. I have been in other lawyers offices that made me feel like I was a bad person but not these people. They worked with me and helped me and I will always remember how they treated me.

Paula Greenway saved my life, really, or at least that's how it felt. When I walked into Mrs. Greenway's office, I really felt like my life was over. I was at the end of my rope and I did not know which way to go. I had tried to get myself out of the financial mess I was in, but I couldn't. I just kept getting deeper and deeper into debt no matter how hard I tried to get out. My spouse and I were fighting all the time about money or the lack of it. I could not enjoy my time with my kids because I was always worried about money and bills. When I first met Mrs. Greenway, she told me that we would get through this mess and that she would help me. I first thought, really, how can anyone get me out of this mess, but she was right. From the day of our first meeting, things began to get better. I was able to sleep, really sleep and rest. I just felt for the first time in a long while that things were going to be alright. The staff at Greenway Law helped me through the worst time of my life. They took something that is really hard emotionally (filing bankruptcy) and made me feel and understand that it didn't mean I was a bad person. They helped me to see that it was just a situation that I had to get through and that the only person thinking I was a bad person was me. I got past it and I thank Mrs. Greenway for treating me like a real person, for treating me like a friend and like I really mattered to her. The people at Greenway Law are truly good people. I do not have one regret for my decision and, a year later, I am in a stable financial position, out of debt and loving life. Thanks Paula, Flo, Anita and all the people at Greenway Law.

I was really scared about filing bankruptcy, I never thought I would have to go that route, but I did. Paula and her staff put me at ease from the very beginning. They were so understanding of what I was going through and what I was feeling. I walked out of the office after the first meeting feeling like a ton had been lifted off my back. I was embarassed to be filing bankruptcy, ashamed that I had let my finances get in such a mess. However, after meeting with Paula and her staff, I began to see that I wasn't the only one in this situation and more that that, that I could get out of it. Since I filed, my life has changed. I no longer wake up worried about how I am going to make my paycheck stretch. My quality of life is better and truthfully, my health is better. My blood pressure is consistently lower. I am also now able to put a little money back in savings. I have learned to pay for things when I buy them and if I can't pay for them, I save up for them. Thank you so much Paula.
