Slow or delayed case resolution in some instances
“I wouldn't recommend!!!!!! I hired Summer June 2021, and it has been like pulling teeth. She doesn't respond to emails timely, I had to contact her several times to get things done, and honestly this has been the worse process. I sent her a payment February 2022, along with an email requesting a service, and it's July 2022 and I haven't heard from her.”
