I highly recommend the Sinclair Law firm as they are the best! Tom and Claudette have been very professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way with my STD/LTD claim. They are very knowledgeable, caring and were successful against the large insurance company. They explained things on my level and went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend starting with them at the beginning of this process vs after being denied as the process goes so much smoother since they can methodically manage the entire process from the start.

Tom Sinclair and his team pulled a rabbit out of a hat in a difficult and disputed LTD claim against Lincoln Financial. My sister's employer, a multinational retail chain, withheld LTD premiums for almost two years, but had not secured the LTD policy. She was seriously injured and applied for the LTD benefits she had paid for. Lincoln Financial denied her claim. The fight was on, and Tom Sinclair held both of these companies accountable. My sister is a single income household. She was in fear of losing everything as she can no longer work and has additional medical expenses. Blessed to have this company to take care of me as if I was there own child,brother,and just close family and they are always communicating with you and always letting you know there is hope!
