Zero results from a complaint I filed, and no clear communication with me on actual follow-up efforts made by BBB to advocate for the consumer. I was hoping they would actively help with resolution. If they did anything more than the bare minimum of just forwarding my complaint, I cannot tell. They were unresponsive to my request for more information. Disappointed.

I am a little disappointed in how the BBB handled my complaint, case # 17689495, pertaining to United Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. out of Montgomery, Alabama. I made the complaint for two reasons. The first is to warn others about this business not practicing good work ethics. The second and final reason is to have the BBB assist in a resolution. I specifically stated in my complaint that I desire repair, replacement, and finish the job. As of today's date, almost two months later, I have not received a response from United. Therefore, how can the BBB label my complaint as "answered" and the complaint details are unavailable? Also, I have tried to leave a review on the BBB for this same business a couple of times, including verifying my email, to get zero results. Please explain

I've always had extremely positive experiences dealing with the BBB. They do a great job of protecting consumers and businesses alike. My small business was accredited after six months in business and I've found immense value in being a part of the Better Business Bureau!

So far so good. The status of my business TNT's Construction LLC is PENDING for the BBB Board of Directors Final Review to be Acreditation. My business has Officially been open for exactly 6 months as of 02-17-2022. I am super Excited to be a BBB Acredited Business

The BBB should have a higher Google rating. It seems most of these low scoring submissions are actually reviews of a particular business, not the BBB itself. My experience with the staff at this BBB was fantastic. This is a staff that manages the difficult task of advocating for the consumer as well as the business owner(s) in a fair manner. They are helpful and friendly.

My business has recently been attacked on google and a complaint to the bbb.
I submitted 10 pages of my documentation for their review. It was very time consuming but well worth the effort, they decided the complaint had no merit and closed the case.
I chose not to respond to the negative comments on google and could produce hundreds of positive comments from satisfied customers since i started in 2004. Most of my work is from very satisfied customers and referrals.
Sadly, negative comments stay with you forever and most satisfied customers don't take the time to post post positive comments. Maurice turgeon, the semi-retired electrician.

Best Bargains for Good Reviews I could find. Are you getting horrible negative reviews on Google, Yellow Pages or Bing it’s because anybody can leave a review with them. Not the BBB they review all good or bad reviews so that as an Accredited member you can choose what is posted for the world to see. I have a company that sales Flood/Salvage Vehicles from Hurricane insurance claims!! We dry them out clean them and try to get them running again. We would for sure not still be in business today if it were not for the BBB THE Better Business Bureau giving us an A+ Accreditation Rating the monthly dues are affordable BBB’s A+ Rating is only $450 a month I would have taken a C Rating I was in so much trouble due so many customer complaints on the internet. I am So happy the BBB IS around to help us. Our reviews are 1.5 stars on google with almost 60 negative reviews, 0.5 stars on yellow pages with 36 negative reviews and I don’t even want to tell you how bad our bing reviews are. Here is the truth selling flood damaged cars I mean sure it is probably one of the lowest things that you could possibly go into business doing but the profit is so high you know and with the BBB standing behind you that is all you need. Hey now they want their money but boy they will make you shine... Another plus is they will take a credit card right over the phone love that option. Thank You BBB for helping us keep our doors open.

Road Runner moved my household goods in October 2017. They caused significant damage of my household goods and floors. When requesting repair they have not responded to my numerous call from November 2017 to February 2018. The damage they caused is extensive to my furniture and floors.
