I literally just called to set up my first consultation I told the receptionist to please be patient while I had a issue with my account I was literally transferring the funds to another account and she told me to call back when I had the money. That was so rude disrespectful, racist, and unprofessional I have enough to pay my retainer fee in full I wasn’t asking for a favor . Inonly needed 10 seconds of her time to make the transaction Company loses in the front line for poor customer service.

Elizabeth was not only professional but also genuinely kind. Her experience and expertise in the field is unmatched. I would highly recommend her!

Phenomenal! This law firm has all the tolerance you want when you spill your guts out, the compassion you need going through such a difficult time, the know how to file through every piece of information you give them to make your case the strongest as possible. And they are very discreet. Due to their professionalism and wisdom I was able to settle my case without seeing a judge. They were truly in it for me not their bank account. And the next day I went to their office they all spoke with me like a friend not a client until I finally realized I was taking up their precious time and excused myself. Elizabeth helped me mentally, emotionally and financially prepare for my divorce. She helped me in so many ways to make sure my young child was taken care of. She looks out for her clients and does the right thing by them and for them. I am beyond thankful for her and for her staff that constantly answered my questions and reassured me when I would get emotional. My ex didn’t have legal counsel and she was fair to him too. She is by far the best in Birmingham!!
