I worked personally with Mr. David Nomberg, and he has been nothing but helpful to my dad's case. As my dad does not speak English, Mr. Nomberg made it possible to have a translator for my dad, he made sure my dad was being taken care of in the correct way, answered all of the questions that my mom or me had about the ongoing case. Truly thankful for working with Mr. David!

I was disappointed how Bernard handled my claim. Bernard Nomberg sold me out!!! He did not represent my best medical interest and did not inform me of everything I needed to know about the process. The end results he accomplished were in the best interest of the State and the Company. I do not recommend him because of how he mistreated me in my case. He can't undo what he did in my case. Now, l think it was because I am a black woman and perhaps he was influenced by the Company and the State. I did nothing wrong to the Company. I simply accidentally fell on an uneven surface while working. Bernard called me only two or three times. It was hard for me to get in touch with him. We never developed a good trusting Attorney/Client relationship. He didn't represent "me" or my best medical interest. He closed the case quickly and refused to reopen it. No matter what man does to you The Lord God Almighty will have the last word. Those who do others wrong will answer to the only true God. I am ashamed that he was my attorney. Bernard Nomberg did not represent me fairly in my worker's compensation case! Bernard Nomberg should not represent Workers Compensation Clients because he didn't represent my best interests medically. He disappointed me greatly. I was a highly qualified good Registered Nurse and Bernard negatively affected my ability to continue working as a Registered Nurse. Essentially what Bernard did effectively ended my career as a Registered Nurse. My desire was to continue to work and use my nursing skills to help others. Bernard, you did a disastrous thing to me.
