David took on my Workers Comp case after I spent months making no headway, and WC dragging their feet on medical appointments. David's office took over, handled the scheduling of all medical appointments, and went to court to force WC to cover surgery expenses. Not only is Bernard a great communicator, he also will fight for his clients wishes. I was in a very traumatic car accident and he was there to help me with every aspect of my workers comp claim. He advocated for me not only to receive the best care, but for me to receive full benefits of workers comp. The staff in his office were always there to quickly respond to any questions I had. After a work related accident I was referred to the Nomberg Law Firm where I met David Nomberg. While I knew mine was not to be the largest settlement he ever argued for, I had been hurt through no fault of my own and I needed someone else to believe it. Guess I knew almost as soon as the accident happened I would need help. David did that and more. He made sure my health was priority. When Workmen’s Compensation was slow—he was there. When I didn’t understand what was being done or not being done—he was there. I was given access to videos explaining every step. I learned compensation sometimes can be a slow process.
