Great, knowledgeable firm

Personal reasons

It was my first time there. The office was very warm and inviting. I did not feel rushed. The young man that took my information made me feel welcomed and respected. I wish I had gone there sooner.

My case ended about a month ago and I couldn't wait to write a review. My lawyer was very rude and I felt he judged me from the very beginning. He never wanted to speak to me on the phone unless he absolutely had to. I understand he was busy but he never made me feel like my case mattered. He was always getting smart and nasty with me if I asked questions. I am so glad it is all over. After 8 months I received a very low offer but he made sure he was paid. He didn't even have the decency to come out and thank me for choosing the firm to help me with the case. He sent the receptionist to give me my check. Very unprofessional! I will not recommend this law firm.AIthough I can't speak for the other lawyers,my experience was awful!

Very helpful and quick response time

They don't return calls and are very rude. Eric guster told me himself my case wasn't worth anything and if it would have came across to him before another lawyer on his staff got it that he probably wouldn't have took it. But we're in negotiations now no thanks to them. I asked them to ask for 1 thang but they told me they gone ask for what they want. Then they don't refer u to no doctors. They don't even give u advice all they do is tell u to rip and run for evidence while they sit back collect money

I call them to ask the price for uncontested divorce and consultation fee the ask for 750 for the uncontested divorce and 50 for the consultation fee When I called the second day to make an appointment she told me 100 I told her literally u just told me 50 how u jump that quick then she call me back and she said I will do it for u 50 I said ok when I went there she ask for the uncontested divorce papers 1000 I told her we talk about it at the phone how u going to keep giving me many prices then when I was about to walk out the door she said I will do it for u 750 So after I ask her if I can pay have the money now and when the paper get ready I will pay the rest she told me ok that most customer what they do and she said I will call u back when the paper get ready After one week I call to ask what Happened to my paper she said am waiting on u to pay full amount lady u can just said from the beginning u now going to start before I pay full amount why u wasting my time then I got mad so I went there to get refund Money because she don't respect time or don't care about them customer so they told me come back after two days I came back after two days they say who make the check is not here write a paper for us and we will call u back I wait one week no one call back I call them they said we will call u back today no one call so I called the lady she answers she was so rude all what I asked I want a date to come get my check so I can stop bothering y'all and they didn't call so I had to go them office over there then the dude over there told me come tmw will be ready When I went to get my check they let me sign a paper that's am not going to able to use them anymore for sure not and I don't advance no one except if they kicked her out them group because everyone one was nice and awesome except that lady and her office employee The customer service was awesome people there nice but that lawyer MC don't ever use her
