I would not recommend Alexander Shunnarah to anyone!! My experience with them has be horrible. I can't reach anyone one the phone, then when I do it's only the people who answer the phone. I called and was told that the Legal assistant couldn't talk on the phone so I had to text them. The whole time dealing with them, I had to text them And now that I want out of my contract I was told that the person I was dealing with no longer works there!! To makes matters worse the legal assistant told me that she would get the police report so when I texted to make sure she got it after I tried to get it 2 days later she text me to tell me she didn't get it so I asked where does that leave me, how do we get it , I never received a reply! Now I'm just waiting on someone to get back with me. I haven't seen not one Specialist or nothing! This is horrible and very unprofessional!!

This is a very bad place to represent you never ever have a good communication and they not provide updates and don’t take care of the bills and I am referred to the collections department for not paying the bills and they assured me I will not receive any collections notices anymore and they completely got my back but I see they’re not capable enough to handle this

I don’t know what they did for me they never contacted me again

They bugged me to let them handle my case once they found out I had no insurance,they didn't call and said they would call if they found out something to help my case that was in April 2023 ,they don't answer my phone calls ,text or Email a waste of time

The attorney that I had was knowledgeable but not very in tuned with the with me and me being the client I still would like for them to represent me just because they have experience and very knowledgeable

I sorry to say but I can not give you a five star rating all you did was talk to me and then declined to take my case even though there was enough evidence to prove that the other driver was at fault and I didn't even get a ticket for Failure to yield

I'd give less than a half star if was able to. Liars, unprofessional. Found out I wasn't being represented by you from the Dr office. Would not recommend
