I wouldn’t even give this on one star if I didn’t have to. I came to this law firm because I was in a serious car accident where my car was totaled and my body took a beating as well. I literally had to do all the work as far as my insurance and the peoples insurance for the damage of my vehicle. I have spoken to my lawyer a handful of times. I did everything I was supposed to do on my end but once i finished everything it was they needed me to do, all communication has stopped. I literally have to call my lawyer just to get updates. My accident was October 25 2023 and it’s May 15th and I still don’t know where my case stands. It’s really disappointing because I had high expectations for this firm and now I just have to wait and pray I receive some type of compensation. Seems like most of it will go to the lawyer who is horrible at keeping in touch. I suggest people read these reviews before hiring someone to represent you.

My wife was injured in a wreck with a driver who ran a stop sign. The other driver's Allstate insurance offered to settle, but when they sent the paperwork, what they offered on the phone was not what was in the settlement contract. Our insurance told us to get a lawyer. We contacted the Shunnarah office and were assigned Logan Doss as an attorney. Mr. Doss was professional, up-front, and maintained excellent communication. He was very thorough in his explanations, and in the end, he negotiated a settlement that not only covered all our financial loss, but compensated my wife for her injuries. We were very pleased with his representation.

This review doesn’t even deserve one star. I attained representation with Brian Traywick on his case management team dated 12/07/23 after a rear-end collision that involved two other parties. Since the signing of documents on that date, I had not spoke to the Brian until I personally sent an email out complaining about the lack of communication between attorney/ case management and client (04/29/24). I have personally made more efforts making sure that all documents requested were received in a timely manner sufficient to that of any clients needs. By doing so, I have faxed every document needed. I have receipts of doing so, and yet not a single person can return a phone call in a timely manner and or respond to an email in their own-time to tell you what is the “hold up” for corresponding with the insurance company in the means of a demand letter. Don’t be fooled by the size or association to other firms of the same name as this one. This is a prime example of micro-management. Honestly, if your at risk of loosing accident compensation because of statute of limitations is so close. DON’T TRUST THIS FIRM, NOR THE PARTIES RESPONSIBLE. Honestly, how the firm operates and represents its clients needs, but cannot at any given point and time tell it’s client what is needed and still yet hasn’t been done is a big concern. I’m honestly surprised this firm and or it’s partners haven’t been sued yet for legal malpractice if it’s not truly representing it’s clients needs and yet collecting merely 45% contingency fee. At this model, it’s an operation of fraud. Where they are all but 5% of collecting 1/2 of what your entitled to but yet aren’t interested in communicating with its prospective clients and seeing that their clients needs are exceeded. Now, as far a response goes for the person responding to “negative reviews”- you find me a person who would be happy with a situation like this and you refer them to me because under no circumstances should this have happened and under no circumstances should an attorney make honest dealings with others where he takes merely half of anyones compensation they are entitled too, and yet the client has spent money on faxing documents, gas spent, time spent and yet an attorney is entitled to almost half a percent.

When I found this website on the Internet, I didn’t have much faith, but I had not many options. I’m a general contractor single father and I totaled him my truck at a bad time I didn’t have full coverage. The accident wasn’t my fault, but I was without a vehicle for a month, when I called him, he didn’t charge me one dollar but after two weeks. I had enough money from the accident to buy a new truck because of him didn’t even answer his calls for three months the entire time spite my miscommunication he continued to fight on good faith and however many states away I’m in Oregon when I talk to him, he gotten offer I told him to go for it, he double that offer the next day and I’m grateful to have kept the wolfs from the door one more day without this man I honestly would have lost my business he might be the first honest lawyer I meet yet

So far the correspondence has been little from Shunnarah, but that could be on me.Life gets busy numbers change. I have received a kind card for the holidays and not much information on progress of my case. I will try calling tomorrow to make sure that Shunnarah's attorney taking care of my case has all the correct information to contact me.

Brian Hoven is THE MAN!!

I called for about 2 weeks inquiring on the status of my case and could never get a direct answer. I was always told someone would call me back. 🤔 That never happened. I've since found another attorney firm. I've wasted 7 months. Smh Sometimes you should Believe the reviews. I found out for myself, the hard way. Big disappointment. 😔
