Zero communication. It's been over a year since my accident, and I have been switched to 3 different lawyers. Each one talked to me for about 2 minutes, and I never heard from them again. I've called, emailed, and sent text messages and have received nothing. Do not waste your time here. If your case isn't worth millions, they do not care.

The injury case for my wife and I has just reached the two year mark. All we have asked for is communication. We fully understand these things can take years. Our first attorney was not one to communicate. We had to email or call for updates. We requested a new attorney, and after multiple requests, they finally agreed. With our new attorney, we again asked for communication. Call us every 30 days or so, even if it is to say there is no change. Unfortunately, we were put on a one-way street with this attorney as well. On 10/14/24, we sent an email since the two year mark for a lawsuit had to be filled on or before 10/21/24. On 10/16/24, we received an email from our attorneys assistant with the complaint filing to review before they submitted it. In our view, this seemed to be cutting it pretty close. What if we had not checked in and sent the reminder on 10/14/24 about the filing date? As a side note, I have been unable to work now due to the spinal injuries sustained in the accident. I emailed our attorney about assistance with filing for SSDI, and again, there was no answer. Called their 800 number and advised that we had an open injury case but needed help with SSDI. They turned us down as I am not 49 years old or older. Currently, I am 48 and turn 49 in March 2025, 5 months away. This long, drawn-out review comes down to one word, communication, and the lack of it.

I would not recommend! I called on the day of my car accident for assistance and was told they were going to help and I did not hear back from them until after I requested to drop them from my case which was three weeks after. They sent a drop letter after I dropped them which seemed very unprofessional after making me wait for legal assistance. Do not waste your time.

The worst representation I have ever had, I do not recommend it to anyone

First Attorney I hired and truthfully has not been a good experience I feel like the client is not represented or heard enough and I truly regret hiring them please do your research first like my grandmother said “An Law Firm you constantly see advertising themselves could only mean they don’t get enough business” and I see why

Was part of.the 3m case was barely contacted, bothered me for years, I should never went with this attorney, I was supposed to.get 5k minimum. Oh yeah mr Bodin your good. Then last second denied. These dudes are horrible with communication , Rayburn Les is a joke. Got nasty in one of his messages. When I questioned their intergrity and slow updates saying no one has been paid dont believe a reddit post. Funny thing is I joined the post and people were getting paid already. So he lied or just the incompetence of this firm. I won't waste any more of your time to talk about this friends, Just know who is representing you. Worst experience ever.

They are working very hard on my case. They've been working on it about two years now and hopefully a resolution to come. Heidi Delorenzo is a great attorney. And all of her staff. It's been about 3 1/2 years now I guess. Yes my first opinion was overzealous. I haven't heard a word from anybody since then. I'm not gonna take away any stars while I should. I'm gonna let them grade them selves. Nearly 4 years and absolutely 0% help Mrs. DeLorenzo, I guess enough said.

I received a call from Hair office stating No help was available due to the limit of policy claim the attorney's start with which are between $40-50k mines is $30k. In my opinion it shouldn't matter how much any claim is assist the people that seek help in that area of expertise you studied to be a person with knowledge of the Law to help us as the people living here in Alabama! This makes the second let down from Shunnarah connections to me personally,Wow just Wow!! If you're for the people this is very contradicting. LET US (the people) KNOW THAT,if we don't have a certain amount on our policy you won't deal with us at all,instead of collecting info for day's,then decide! That's NOT for the people, EVERYONE didn't grow up with gold or silver spoon to eat off of some use their fingertips because thats all they had!

DON'T CALL!!!!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST TEAM EVER!! Don't waste your time with these people.

I was in an accident about 3.5 years ago when I called The Shunnarah Group to handle my case. I was extremely happy with the work that Drew and Joey put in.
