Yes, I got a settlement and they worked hard for my case. They immediately got me into treatment and therapy; which I am thankful for. Alyssa Daniels was my lawyer and Kelly McMillan was her assistant. Even though the two were very passionate about their work and extremely courteous, I could have used a little more guidance. I'm sure a huge percentage of people that use their services have never been in a lawsuit or settlement before so I'm surprised, even after requesting, the timeline of what to expect or what's needed from me was not explained. I went into a deposition not knowing what a deposition was until I got mail telling me how to act; making me think I'm going to court. Never told what would effect my payout: "filing" for lawsuit is not the same as going to court. I got my settlement in 367 days from the accident but I never had any idea where we were in the process or what to expect the entire time.

Called set me up with an attorney they never called i called,them numerous times. Keep saying they would call. I got a call after leaving voicemail for attorney instead of the paralegal she got in trouble and I assume thats why she said they had a,conflict and couldn't help
