They will not pay all your medical bills as promised. They do not pay Radiologists or ER doctors. They're happy to pay a Chiropractor that they refer you to! Scam! Complete dishonesty from every single person we communicated with over the year it took to get it settled!

I contacted them because I was injured on the job I should have had a very good case but then they later contacted me and told me that I had no case how do I not have a case when I was injured on the job and that's what they claim they do is help people sue people for being injured what a joke they are i wish i didnt have to give it any stars

On Nov 24 2015 at around 9:40am a man ran a stop sign and hit me and my daughter while I was on the way to take her to school after her routine orthodontist app. We were both hurt, my vehicle totalled,as was his, both my daughter and I were transferred by ambulance to our small local hospital where we received minimal care, I was sent home(2 days before Thanksgiving) with no pain meds, broken bones, neck injuries, cast on one foot, boot on the other. My daughter was in 10th grade, a 3 sport athlete, suffered from her knee cap being Ripped off(in my eyes) however our wonderful small town hospital just stretched what skin they could back over the knee bone and sewed it up leaving a 7 inch jagged scar with lots of pain. She was bruised from head to toe. This was my first wreck and knew I should get a attorney right away when we were being treated like we were the cause of the wreck. I wasnt able to even make a phone call and had no idea who to call. My best friend called Alexander Shunnarah and the day after thanksgiving someone drive to my house from Bham to check on us and take our statements. This wreck devestated our lives, mentally, physically, financially and emotionally. My daughter still has problems driving. Logan Doss took our case and was so positive and helpful. He always kept me updated with any new info he received. Todd Buchanan took over our case and we have went to court finally, we are still waiting on the small settlement but they actually said that they would try to get their fees reduced so we will get more than a few hundred dollars. I believe they represented us to the best of their abilities. They were great. If I had money I could have went to the dr more so it would have shown how much pain we were both in. Come to find out, the jury thought we had already been paid by the insurance company. So they only doubled our minimal medical bills. This wreck will continue to effect our lives forever. We both suffered injuries that will never go away, I just thank God that he was there that day and saved our lives.

He will send you to his doctor and a physical therapist about 6 times. And will tell you after you go to the doctor that cost about 20,000. Most insurances only pay 25000 for medical. That's how the scam works.
