Update: My representation received the check but they need to send it to the primary law firm: Sohler in order to pay out to my son. Took awhile but seems to be rectifying. This law firm has failed to payout my son’s portion of the settlement. My son who is eleven years old is supposed to receive this settlement because his Mother died from a car accident in 2021. They sent the portion to his Grandparents but failed to payout his portion. They recently mailed a physical check which was endorsed to the wrong person as of September 9, 2024. We’re in the state of Oregon, they’re in Alabama. Get it right, this my son’s portion for his deceased Mother. Seriously!

It’s been five months since I had my car accident and the person over that was assigned to my case had a nasty attitude when I ask what was going on n asked did I finished see the doctor which I have been done for months I received a letter that said it will take six to eight months still haven’t had any up dates or talk to anybody I wish I would have known

They do not respond at all with any updates it’s going on a year I have called repeatedly, every bad review on here is very true they are the worst. Btw please do not refer me to your 800 number been there done that . No answer. I’m really regretting calling them , too many lawyers out here to deal with this BS . Like come one now be serious . I plan on leaving a bad review everyday until I am contacted. So more to come

They are the worst. Brian Traywick and his team do not have your back. Spent 7 years on this case got a measly settlement and now i have to pay more medical bills insurance and they are down my throat to pay up. They are scammers don't waste your time. They are looking out for themselves. They do not have your best interests. The fact is they have gone on to the next client. Lesson learned and will not be repeating it. They never even told or sat down to review the offer. POS people.

They have never returned my phone call it's been over 2 months

My son and I were hit from behind in December of 22, I've been calling to get updates and only being told they're negotiating. I've only received one update via mail after I've constantly called. I hope to never experience another accident but I will never use this law firm again. They blamed the insurance company stating the adjuster was changed and then they started negotiating again.

I would not give them a star at all. They took my personal injury claim assigned an assistant Berlin Garcon and attorney Marsha Blackburn and have tried calling to get information on my case and to no availability. It’s been months no calls, unless I call or text no replies back. I tried telling them I was going to withdraw my case and they threatened to put a levy on my case. Why should I pay for something they are not doing. I hired them and they aren’t doing their job. So devastating seeking any advice someone might have to help me out. Please!!! Desperate!!!

Don’t waste your time with this firm! My case has been ongoing 4.5 years and we are still nowhere! I’ve been assigned three attorneys, they don't respond to emails or calls, and that includes the executive vice president! Worst experience ever from an attorneys office. They deserve no stars and need their business license pulled.

How do you get your case back. I wish I would have read the reviews first and not believe the hype. I as well gave them my information and sent what they asked for that would help my case. I contacted my lawyer today via text and email to get a update on my case. No response at all.It's a shame that people do the things they do but we all have to answer to a higher power. Why take advantage of individuals who are already having a tough time.
