We have a case and it's been approximately 3 years and no matter how many times we've called no one returns are phone call. "Call me Alabama" why? So no one in this firm has enough respect to even return our call. App. 3 yrs and not a word.

My daddy died from the results of a car wreck. We called this office and they told us they would take the case bc the other person was at fault but the police officer wrote it up as our daddy's fault. The ins company did a reenactment and it showed she was at fault but this office then told us they couldn't do anything bc his my dad ins policy was only 25k. The lawyer said it wasn't enough money to fight for us. They are a joke.............

Was very pleased with the results the firm got for me when a car t-boned me and my children. The only thing I wasn't very happy about was the miscommunication on when I would get my settlement check and how I would receive it, which made it a week and a half later than I was told to expect it. It was a minor error and nothing major but still stressful at the time.
