Very bad experience, I do not recommend this place,they never returned my calls emails, never answer my question, the only time that I heard from them was ,when them want to put pressure on me to take a low ball offer ,they never fight for my rights,I wait 4 years to heard that about the assurance company low ball ofert

Only reason they received this one was because you have to rate the service. My mother has been a client now for over 6 months and has only spoke to her lawyer once. He never returns phone call. She has even had other companies try to reach out and no return call to companies either.

No help given at all and gave us false promises me n my daughter were injured in an accident and I was filing a claim on the person who hit us insurance to be compensated for my injuries to my knee and shoulder which has my in physi all therapy and out of work they made us wait two weeks before they said they couldnt represent us and giave us no reason why they couldnt.the investagaor was very nice and really wanted to help us.I never got a call or a call back from the lawyer I called and spoke to the case manager last week and said she would call us back and never did until today they finally told us,they did no investigation into our claim or nothing.I feel hurt and confused cause now idk what to do

Alex and his associates are incredibly kind and sincere. Everyone at his firm works really hard. I'm glad to have worked with them!
