Will deal with a accident victim but not someone going against UAB. I guess they have UAB in their pocket. The commercials are a joke!!! I will never call them again.

Unable to get information on my case never spoke to my original Lawyer only his assistant. When I ask to have Alexandra Shunnarah to call me back or speak to him That's impossible. I was told to get my own Medical Records myself that's will speed my case. The Charge is very high for they help, you will be charge for nothing.

This law office doesnt care about the "people" they care about their pockets. Was fine with the % they charge however its an off the top fee then they take out an expense fee was told TWO different amounts after the settlement offer was given, then your bills are paid then you are pd. They DO NOT TAKE TIME TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING!!!! Weeks to return calls saying the will call you back within the day. They blame lack of communication on being understaffed however they know this when they take your call. Very disappointed in the serve I and my son have gotten. Settlement offer was given almost a month ago and it still hasnt been accepted because phone calls arent returned. Keep this in mind before you hire them!!!!! But if you like being ignored this is the office to use
