I was deeply disappointed by the experience with this law firm. Already dealing with the stress of a totaled car and insurance company denials, I found their handling of my case to be unprofessional and draining. While they were pleasant, their lack of efficiency was evident as they dragged the process on for weeks without a commitment to take on my case, which solely involved property damage. The initial promise of a flat fee turned into a 25% fee, and later escalated to 30%, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. Ultimately, they backed out of representing me altogether. Their inconsistent communication and apparent dishonesty left me thoroughly dissatisfied. It's a regrettable experience.

Got my check, second accident and used Alexander shunara for both cases. These attorneys had my back both times. I recommend calling them for all legal assistance. I know I won't call anyone else in the future.

I have been trying to get in contact with thoes that's over my case and never can get anyone on the phone and they do nit respond to emails I am still waiting to hear something my accident was March of 2021.

Would give 0 stars. These people will get your case and then refuse to talk to you about your case. I'm so glad I took my case back from them. In my opinion, they would have collected on my case and not given me a dime, but I was way smarter, and I moved in fast. You guys don't deserve to be in business. I noticed your automated reply. I will not be contacting you in regards because I do not care what it is you have to say. When you had my case is when you should have responded but you didn't.

Don't use these attorneys if you care about how poorly they treat their employees.

Added this edit one week later... I emailed the address below with NO response! I also tried to contact attorney to get the copies of paperwork I was told I could get up til 6 years have passed! NO RESPONSE AND NO COPIES YET! Worst experience I have ever had in my 50 years on this earth. They changed lawyers on me and didn't even tell me til months later when I called for an update. Would tell you one thing and not follow through on any dates. I finally got my check today from case opened in 2020. I finally settled because I was sick with nerves with it taking so long. They charged me 45% instead of 33.33% although it NEVER went to court! Going to see what can be done about that when offices open Tuesday. My experience... DO NOT USE! Very unreliable! Wait forever to hear anything back once you sign contract! But they are all about you until that signature.. DONT BE FOOLED! LESSON LEARNED!
