I did not think I had a case. Several lawyers turned my case down, but not Jason. He found a way to help me and get what I know I deserved. I will never go to another lawyer for anything.

He was not very interested my entire case. Felt like I was being blown off when phone calls weren't being returned, etc. My main problem would be his assistant Amy, I have never ever dealt with someone so rude who roles her eyes in a professional setting.

Mr. Yearout provided the most excellent legal assistance I have ever received. He was very nice, helpful, understanding and was able to work with us regarding payment information. Mr. Yearout went above and beyond to help us and I would highly recommend him. He is very easy to get in touch with and responds to phone calls or emails very fast.

Jason stayed on the case for nine years, never gave up and finally won the case for me. I consider him a friend not just a lawyer. You need a bulldog he is your guy, and you'll actually feel sorry for the other side when he gets to questioning them.

Jason is currently my Attorney on a 2 Civil cases. One as defendant and the other as Plaintiff. Jason has very good knowledge of the Law and does an excellent job of explaining how specific case Law applies to my situation. He always keeps me informed of the status and we have regularly scheduled phone conferences to strategize and ask my input. He returns all emails and phone calls very promptly. I am very happy to have him on my side.
