Whether Mr. Payne is handling a real estate deal for me or answering a general legal question I truly believe that you will not find a more caring or competent lawyer, anywhere.

Chesley has handled a closing and refinance for me and both went extremely well. He has a great attention to detail and clearly explains all legal language in terms I can understand. I would definitely do business with him again.
