I hired him to do draw up all my paperwork (will, POA, DNAR, etc...) and he had it done very quickly, even with such a complicated estate. I would definitely use him again!

FIGHT: exert oneself continuously, vigorously, or obtrusively to gain an end or engage in a crusade for a certain cause or person. Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case. If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

Jarred is a fighter! He listened to my every concern and fought ferociously in my corner, for my child. It felt good too have a consistent and stoic individual on my case facing my opponent and keeping my best interests in the forefront. It is obvious Jarred loves what he does, and with his wife on our team we were a force to be reckoned with. I am thankful for his services and will continue to use him now and in the future.
