Attorney Davis never kept me informed. His firm is basically a scam. He will file your bankruptcy and then they will never keep you informed. He is never available to answer questions when you’re hit with pertinent queries from creditors or the court. He has no paralegals and he will throw you off todifferent sub par attorneys that he randomly hires because they quit working for him just as soon as he hires them due to his lack of professionalism they don’t want to risk their career nor do they want the headaches from his many disgruntled clients.

This company is very professional . They did a great job . I had a couple things come up during the process and they still got me approved without a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great lawyer . The staff Is A +.

The attorneys and staff have gone well beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend their services to assist though a difficult time. I spoke with Tia on the phone and explained my financial situation and how much I have been struggling with debts. She believes that filing for Chapter 13 would benefit me a lot, which I disagreed with because, first of all, I can't even afford to pay my debts. I haven't made any payments on my debt for over a year or two now. I'm really on a tight budget right now, so what will Chapter 13 bring me? Nothing. I told her I felt Chapter 7 is a better option for me, yet she would not respect my wishes. She told me that we can discuss it further with a lawyer after I complete the paperwork they requested. I was aware of the risks associated with Chapter 7, and yet they suggested I go with Chapter 13, which I find quite upsetting.

All of the staff were very responsive and helpful while inquiring about information for my situation. Also the information I received in the mail from Attorney Matt Davis was easy to understand and answered a lot of the questions I had about the process. I would recommend them to anyone that needed them and will also use them if I decide I need to pursue the bankruptcy process in the future.
