They were very helpful answering questions last year but I'm not sure what is going on now but I cannot get anyone to return my calls or answer any questions. Since this process is ongoing someone should be able to answer a clients question as they arise. I have called, texted and written emails without any response. Yes the receptionist is very friendly but she can't help. I wish I had gone elsewhere now.
