I can't say how thankful I am for Mr. Burke and Monica at this firm. I was denied my Long Term Disability August 2017. I started my appeal with a different local law firm who sat on it and did nothing for months. I was referred to Mr. Harvey and retained him to help me with my case. Because I had wasted so much time with the other local firm and a fast approaching deadline to get my appeal in he and Monica worked overtime to get my appeal in. I am happy to say and blessed for them and their great work my denial for my LTD was overturned. If you are looking for the best at what they do call them first.

After working 60-70 hours a week for the same company for 28 years, last year I experienced severe medical problems and became totally disabled. After running out of short term disability benefits, my long term disability company through work declined me for benefits. I went from earning a great salary to zero income. I am a single mother and my son is heading to college this fall. It was the scariest time of my life.
