Refused to help us because the driver that rear ended my wife and my child ( and two other children in the back seat) was uninsured. We are insured but there were ER whiplash diagnoses and lost work. We had to pay extensive copays in excess of $2000. Wettermark Keith only wants cases against insurance companies. Injury caused by an uninsured driver doesn’t matter to this firm. So if that’s your case, don’t waste your time……

Since 2016, I have been begging the VA to approve my issues. It was an absolutly exhausting experience with so many confusing knots and pitfalls, I was ready to give up. I did some research and found WK had good reviews and many satisfied clients so I reached out. Nothing prepared me for Amber Osborne though. I expected minimal contact, the usual "I'll get back to you when I can" etc. etc. Nope.
