I was poorly represented by another law firm and was denied and the lawyer i had set me up for failure.I had him for almost 2 years and never met him until 5 minutes before my court date. my first go around. after doing research and asking around i called wettermark keith. From the start of the conversation to the end with Mr. Steve Nicewonder he showed concern, pointed out why I did not win my case and was upbeat and sure my case could be won. I was feeling pretty low about my situation until i spoke with steve. I am so looking forward to working with this firm. They have RESTORED MY HOPE. thank you so very much Steve.

I was involved in a car wreck over a year ago and although no suit was filed, Wettermark Keith, and in particular my case manager Brian Conrad, helped negotiate with the other driver's insurance company an amount to cover all medical bills incurred. I tried to handle the situation on my own but was not getting any help from the driver's insurance company. Brian was always attentive to any questions I had and made an uncomfortable situation a lot more bearable. They are a great firm!

Will H. was a great attorney but workman comps laws in Alabama stink.

I was attacked by a dog November 17, 2017. I had traveled to Kentucky to get training for a puppy i recently purchased from a well known breeder there. While on their property they let out a dog known to be vicious and that dog attacked me. A large portion of my face above my right eyebrow was bitten off. There was nerve damage to my face and of course the terrible scar thar resulted was a constant reminder of the traumatic encounter. My aunt referred me to wettermark and keith. I called them and signed all necessary documents and was told that a lawyer would be contacting me within 24-48hrs to discuss where my case would go from there. So a week goes by, i hear nothing. I call the firm back and they tell me my case was assigned to Brian Conrad. They transfer me to his phone and i leave a message. He calls me back within 15 minutes and explains to me that they mailed a letter to the people whos dog attacked me inquiring about liability insurance and if they had any etc. brian conrad told me that i needed to wait 2-3weeks before i could get any news. I tried to ask him what would happen if they didnt respond, where would my case go from there , what was the process in cases such as this. He answered none of my questions and just kept repeating that i needed to wait 2-3 weeks and we woukd decide what would happen once they responded. So 2-3 weeks go by... once again NOTHING from them. No phone calls no emails.. NOTHING. youd think that a firm that is going to take up to 45-50% of your settlement or reward would at least have the respect and dignity to keep you in the loop about what is going on with your case. But that wasnt how it was with wettermark and keith. Once again i sent brian conrad a email saying it had been nearly a month since my incident and three weeks since he told me to wait and i have heard nothing.. i asked him what was going on with my case. He responded back a few hours later saying to call him. When i did? He told me they couldnt get the people to respond to their letter about whether they had insurance or not.. then he told me i needed to get a lawyer in kentucky since that is where the incident happened. He then told me they would no longer represent me and that was it. What i dont get is... they knew from the beginning that the incident happened in kentucky and they were also told by me that the people whos dog attacked me would not cooperate with them. That being said, WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME RIGHT THEN AND THERE THAT I NEEDED TO SEEK REPRESENTATION ELSEWHERE INSTEAD OF MAKING ME WAIT A MONTH AND WASTING MY TIME?!?? These people are very unprofessional and dont care at all about your pain or what you have been through they are working for you. Taking YOUR money and cant even call you and keep you in the loop. They essentially ignore you and leave you chasing them around for information regarding your case and then drop you as a client like trash with little warning or explanation. They are NOT a good firm in my opinion and i wouldnt reccomend them nor would i ever consider doing business with them again. Terrible work ethic ! Terrible treatment of clients. Just terrible!

My case manager, Jeff Moran, did a great job handling and setting my case. There were moments it seemed as though things were progressing slowly, but patience is key.  The lawyers can't just snap their fingers and make things happen.  I figured out very quickly that any lull in communication simply meant the case was in a holding pattern.  From the beginning, I was encouraged to call any time with questions, and was met with professionalism and genuine regard when I did.  I really appreciate all the hard work done on my behalf.  Deciding on a firm is extremely stressful; I'm glad I made the right choice.

I have never been through anything like my injury. My attorney was with me every step of the way. I know I ask crazy questions sometimes but each one was answered with sympathy and conclusion. My attorney is Will Hassinger. I would recommend him to anyone. There are so many companies out there to choose from but you won't get better representation anywhere else in my opinion. This has been a rough road to travel but because of them (Will), I didn't do it alone. Thanks for making me feel like a person and not a number. You are the best in Birmingham.
