Almost less than no communication. In November 2015 I was rearended and my car was totaled. The drivers seat collapsed and twisted. I contacted Wettermark and Keith and the intake attorney was very friendly and kept in contact while I decided if I really needed an attorney to handle my case. Once I signed on other than some initial forms to complete and sign I did not receive any updates on what was going on with my case unless I called and then I only talked to the three different case managers assigned then reassigned this case. After almost a year and me contacting the agency again for an update I did talk to the case attorney who told me the insurance company's offer but said we shouldn't take it. So I agreed. Then a few month later the current case manager calls with the insurance company's final offer. Much lower than I was led to expect. I was told my final to me amount was $14K. If I didn't want to accept this then the lawyer's fees would increase and I'd be responsible for court costs and it could take up to 2 more years and I might end up with even less. So I agreed to the settlement. Weeks later I receive a check for $10K. I contact the case manager and I'm told that he knew I was anxious for the money so he'd sent me this and the remaining $4K would follow. A month or two go by and I contact the case manager and I'm told "No, I wouldn't be getting any additional funds. So to end this I wouldn't be using this firm again. Sort of felt like is was a bait and switch. The intake lawyer acted very interested in the seat failure and said they had three other similar cases they were pursuing. When I asked the attorney later I was told no they weren't interested in pursuing any product liability claims. So again sort of Bait and Switch.

Don't waste your time. My 3 1/2 yr old son was injured. The restaurant isn't doing anything to help, plus there was negligence by two city police officers and a door manufacture. The attorney that contacted me said that a 3 1/2 yr olds injury doesn't meet criteria for personal injury. This law firm is about money, not personal care for regular everyday people. worst law firm ever.

Avoided my questions; when asked serious questions he dropped me as a client. He dropped me as a client because they didn’t see “potential gain” in me. All I can say is thank you, because I found an amazing lawyer who’s aided me in all of my questions, helping my case, and supporting me through my three surgeries so far. But thanks again Will for not keeping me as a client because I found better.
