I worked directly with David Gunn after a car accident required that I quit work for rehab over a long period of time. With two small children at home and a professional career that was nearly completely lost, in addition to painful injuries, needless to say I was struggling to keep composure. I had never worked with a lawyer before and was honestly skeptical and uncertain is was the right approach for me. If this is you, don’t hesitate to call WK- calling them was the best decision I made. David not only offered expert services, but took time to talk with me as a friend. He allowed for me to release any worry regarding my family’s financial affairs (growing debt in order to keep bills paid) and medical bills. In fact, after contacting him, all bills went directly to WK, so I wouldn’t even need to see them. In the end, WK was able to negotiate a settlement that covered my entire debt, all medical bills, and then additional sums to help my family get back on track with a new lifestyle. Communication was always easy with immediate response and careful attention to my interests and needs every step of the process. I could not have gotten through this difficult time without WK (and specifically, David Gunn’s) kind and professional support.
