They will keep you notified of situations and/or changes in your case...they will also give you a "usual timeframe" on how things will go from the initial start up of your case ...to the estimated completion/settlement of your case....every person that I dealt with was kind and courteous and they WILL return your phone calls !!! My lawyer Channing worked for me and kept me posted on events accordingly...and did an awesome job...Special shout out to Nick for assisting out of state ...great job !!!
