I engaged Whit Drake to represent me after I was injured in a motorcycle accident. Under the circumstances, I didn't want to have to deal with insurance companies, and I had no idea how to handle settlements. Whit and his staff took care of everything, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. He was able to negotiate with my health-care insurance to reduce the amount of their demand for reimbursement, and he worked with my own automobile insurance company to get the best settlement possible under the underinsured motorist rider in my policy. Given the limits in coverage under both my own and the other driver's policies, Whit kindly reduced the percentage of the settlement that he took for his fee. I hope I never need to use a personal injury attorney again, but if I do, it will be Whit Drake. Essentially, what he and his firm offer is peace of mind.

Let me say from my experiences a client for G. Whit Drake is not about lining his pocket. He will adjust his amount based on your settlement. He serves his clients fairly and with a kind heart. He will fight to the end without calling and pestering his clients. Updates will be made to you but they tell you from the beginning to trust that they are working. If you cannot trust your attorney to do the work you should not hire them from the beginning. This said to let you know you should not call them to check the status. Believe me they are working. I will always believe in the work of Attorney Drake and his staff and will refer them as often as possible.
